Founded in 2016, Mike has led www.lonestarofficecondos.net to becoming one of the leaders in developing many of Houston's premiere Office Condominium Parks . After seeing the need for small businesses to own their own office as opposed to leasing Mike decided to expand on that concept and allow individuals the ability to own their own storage facility as opposed to renting.

Starting with one residential lot we have grown over the past 30 years from custom residential building on West University Place tear down lots to master planned communities to land development and commercial design and building. We provide everything from plan design, land planning, building to construction management.
